Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Bikes and accessories are shipped separately and may arrive on different dates. Accessories may arrive a few days later than the bike.

- Most orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS unless otherwise stated.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or countries other than the United States and Canada.
Planning for a Gift or Holiday?
If you are ordering a bike for a birthday, holiday, or another special occasion, we recommend placing your order as early as possible and at least 7 business days before your preferred arrival date.
During holidays, major sales, and other peak periods, order processing and carrier networks may experience higher volumes. Please allow additional time for possible delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, address issues, or other unexpected circumstances.

The estimated total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time. We work hard to process and ship every order promptly, but all timeframes shown above are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, high order volumes, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control. While we will always be happy to help track your order, we cannot guarantee delivery on or before a specific date.
