To modify your order, please contact our customer service(support@glercbikes.com) as soon as possible(within 12 hours). We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
You can cancel your order by contacting customer service within 12 hours of placing it at support@glercbikes.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Once you place an order, we will ship it within two days (most orders are shipped within one day). We have multiple shipping warehouses across the U.S. Depending on your shipping address, your order will arrive within 2-7 days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can also check the estimated shipping date in your order confirmation details.
To track your order, use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email and enter it on our tracking page.
