How do I choose the right bike size?

What is the status of my order?

You can check your order status by entering your tracking number on our tracking page. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team by phone or send a message to our customer service email at support@glercbikes.com.

Can I modify my order?

To modify your order, please contact our customer service(support@glercbikes.com) as soon as possible(within 12 hours). We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting customer service within 12 hours of placing it at support@glercbikes.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Can I add more items to my order?

Shipping
When will my order be shipped?

Once you place an order, we will ship it within two days (most orders are shipped within one day). We have multiple shipping warehouses across the U.S. Depending on your shipping address, your order will arrive within 2-7 days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can also check the estimated shipping date in your order confirmation details.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email and enter it on our tracking page.

What shipping options do you offer?

Although the shipping information page may show expedited options, we currently only offer Standard Shipping.

Can I change the shipping address?

Contact support@glercbikes.com within 2 hours of ordering to request a change. Shipped orders may not be intercepted and require further assistance.

Do you only ship within the U.S., or do you also ship to Europe?

Orders from this site are only shipped within the U.S. However, we also have dedicated sites for the UK and Europe. Customers from these regions can shop at the following websites:
