FAQS

What's new in Glerc's latest bike releases?

Our New Arrivals collection currently features seven recent additions: the Nova 20" belt-drive bike for quiet, low-maintenance commuting; the Cubsala Crossea-K (20") BMX freestyle bike with 4 pegs and the entry-level Crossea (18") freestyle bike for kids and teen beginners; the Cubsala Trident pegged BMX race bike in 20"–26" for teens through adult riders; the Mars and Skyline kids mountain bikes for trail and dirt-path riding; and the AVASTA Bilbo 18" retro-style classic with dual V-brakes. All ship 85% pre-assembled with tools and a 365-day warranty.

Who are the New Arrivals best for—older kids, teens, or adults?

This collection is sized for older kids through adult riders, not toddlers or first-time riders. Sizes range from 18" (rider heights 41"–58") through 26" (heights 59"+), covering ages 5 to 15+ and adult-fit options. The 24"–26" Cubsala Trident specifically fits teen and adult BMX riders at skateparks and street spots. For toddler or first-bike picks, see our 12"–16" Classic Bikes collection instead.

How do I choose between Belt Drive, BMX, and Mountain Bike new arrivals?

It depends on where and how you'll ride: pick the Nova belt-drive if you want a lightweight, low-maintenance bike for paved daily commuting (no chain grease, no chain stretch); pick Cubsala BMX (Crossea, Crossea-K, Trident) if street tricks, skatepark sessions, and grinding with pegs are the goal; pick Mars or Skyline mountain bikes if you'll ride trails, dirt paths, or want gears for hills. The AVASTA Bilbo is for riders who want a classic retro look over sport-specific features.

Should I choose a New Arrival or a Best Seller?

Both are good options. Best Sellers are proven with hundreds of reviews and known performance—safer for first-time Glerc buyers. New Arrivals are recent additions, so review counts are still growing, but they often introduce updated frames, brakes, or features. If you want the newest design and don't mind being among the first reviewers, choose a New Arrival; if you want the most validated option, browse our Best Sellers collection.
