Return & Exchange Suggestions

At Glerc, we strive to ensure every customer enjoys a great online shopping experience. That’s why we are committed to offering top-tier return and exchange services, especially for product quality issues.

Please note that boxed bicycles, due to their large size, incur high shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you consider carefully before purchasing a bicycle. We only accept free returns or exchanges for quality-related issues.

About Return & Exchange 

Items purchased from glercbikes.com may be returned or exchanged within forty-five (45) days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be brand new, unused, in a resalable condition, and include all original parts and accessories.

We offer full refunds only for returns resulting from shipping errors or product quality issues. If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons—especially if the bicycle has been unboxed or assembled—you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees.

In addition, please cancel or modify your order within 24 hours. Otherwise, after shipping, bike returns due to personal reasons will incur a 15% restocking fee (if no return insurance was purchased).

To provide a more eco-friendly and convenient return process, we also offer an alternative: you may choose to Donate the Product to a local community or charity organization.

About Donation 

If you choose to make a goodwill donation, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to reach an agreement;

  2. Donate the item to a local community or charitable organization;

  3. Send us a photo or donation receipt as proof;

  4. Once verified, we will promptly issue a partial refund as a goodwill compensation—no return inspection required.

We kindly ask that you make your purchase decisions carefully to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Refund for Accessories

For returns caused by shipping or product quality issues, we offer a full refund. However, for returns due to subjective reasons, prior consultation with our customer service team is required, and an amount equivalent to 50% will be deducted as compensation for logistics and restocking costs.

In principle, we do not support returns of accessories, as small items are particularly prone to damage or loss during long-distance shipping, which can harm the interests of both parties.

Special Notice

We are not responsible for packages lost during the return process, those refused by the customer, or any return shipments not pre-approved by our team.

Please note: This return policy applies to items shipped directly from Glercbikes.com. Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and include all original packaging. Please pack your return carefully—we do not accept any items with signs of assembly, use, or damage.

Return/Exchange Clearance Items 

Clearance items are unique and offered at significant discounts due to their special nature. Therefore, all clearance sales are final—returns or exchanges are not accepted. Rest assured, each clearance item is rigorously inspected for quality to meet our standards. If you receive a clearance item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at support@glercbikes.com, and we will assist you accordingly.

15-Day Price Adjustment Policy

If you find a lower price for any item within 15 days of placing your order, we’re happy to refund the difference! Simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll process the adjustment. Please note that the lower price must be for the exact same item and must be available at the time of your request.

How to Return or Exchange an item

At Glerc, we highly value product quality and customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and do not wish to donate, but want to proceed with a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us

  2. Wait for Response

    • Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

    • If eligible, you’ll receive:

      • Detailed return/exchange instructions

      • An electronic prepaid shipping label

  3. Pack Your Item

    • Pack the item securely using the original packaging.

    • Include all accessories and manuals.

    • Print the return form yourself or at the shipping location.

  4. Ship the Item Back

    • Follow the return form instructions.

    • Drop off the package at a nearby shipping point.

  5. Confirmation & Processing

    • Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund promptly.

    • For exchanges, the replacement will ship after confirmation.

    • You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will be rejected, and we will not be responsible for lost items. 

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your returned items are complete and well-packaged. Returns that are incomplete or damaged due to poor packaging may result in delayed or partial refunds. 

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear. If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please allow a little more time for processing. If further delays occur, contact your bank or credit card company to check the refund status.
